Welcome to the first post of the new Panopta blog.  Our goal with the blog is to give everyone greater insight into the new developments going on at Panopta, as well as to share tips, tricks and general information to help you increase the availability of your web presence, and hopefully give you few more peaceful night’s sleep that aren’t disrupted by pagers!

In addition to information about monitoring and general industry news, we’ll regularly feature a look into Panopta’s labs to give a preview of new functionality that we’re working on.  We’ve been very lucky to get great feedback from our customers, which has helped steer our development efforts, and we want to get you all involved earlier in the process.  For those of you that have given us ideas and feature requests in the past, thank you - you’ve helped make the service even better.  Please keep them coming!
